    + Creative direction moodboard (optional, based on package)
    + Timeline and next steps

    Client Responsibilities:
    + Complete the questionnaire
    + Provide access to existing branding materials, content, or inspiration
    + Confirm scope and sign the agreement

    Timeline: 2–4 business days after kickoff

  • Phase 2: Bud (Design)

    Purpose: Establish the visual style and layout for your site.

    What We Do:
    🌹 Create a homepage mockup or live wireframe for initial design direction
    🌹 Refine the look and feel based on feedback
    🌹 Apply the approved design across other key pages

    Deliverables:

    + Design mockups or working draft in Squarespace

    Client Responsibilities:
    + Review and give feedback within 2–3 business days
    + Approve design direction before build begins


    Timeline: 1–2 weeks depending on scope

  • Phase 3: Blossom (Build)

    Purpose: Turn the design into a fully functional website.

    What We Do:
    🌼 Build out all pages in Squarespace
    🌼 Optimize for mobile and tablet
    🌼 Set up navigation, links, basic SEO, and integrations (e.g., contact forms, scheduling tools, etc.)
    🌼 Ensure accessibility and user-friendly structure

    Deliverables:
    + Complete draft of your working website
    + On-page SEO basics (titles, descriptions, image alt text)

    Client Responsibilities:
    + Submit final content (text, images, bios, pricing, etc.)
    + Review full site and submit feedback

    Timeline: 1–2 weeks depending on size of the site

  • Phase 4: Bloom (Launch)

    Purpose: Final polish, testing, and going live.

    What We Do:
    🌸 Final edits and testing on all devices
    🌸 Connect domain and verify backend settings
    🌸 Launch the site (Bloom Day!)
    🌸 Provide a personalized website walkthrough video

    Deliverables:

    + 30-day post-launch support

    Client Responsibilities:
    + Approve final version of the site
    + Share login credentials for domain or email setup if needed

    Timeline: 3–5 business days for final revisions and launch

  • Phase 5: Water (Support)

    Purpose: Help your site grow confidently post-launch.

    What We Do:
