How long does a website project take?

How does payment work?
We make payments simple and stress-free:

  1. Deposit to Bloom: A 50% deposit secures your project start date.

  2. Design Phase Payment: 25% due after design approval.

  3. Final Launch Payment: Remaining 25% before website go-live.

*All payments are invoiced via secure systems (Stripe/Square) with multiple payment options.
Deposits are non-refundable as they reserve dedicated time/resources for your project.

Do you work with businesses outside the San Francisco Bay Area?
Yes! While I specialize in Bay Area businesses, I work with clients internationally through video calls and online collaboration. But if you are East Bay-based, I’d be happy to meet with you in person during the development or launch phase!

What platform do you use?
I specialize in Squarespace because it's user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and perfect for small businesses who want to manage their own content. I also have experience with Wordpress and Wix.

Do you use AI in your work?
Every website and brand I create is fundamentally human-made, from strategy to execution. I leverage digital tools - including AI - strictly as assistants for logistical tasks, never creative work. Think of it like a high-tech virtual assistant: it streamlines invoice creation, but your design, content, and strategy remain 100% crafted by yours truly.

Do you provide training?
Absolutely! Every project includes training so you can confidently update and maintain your website after launch.

What if I don't like the design?
I offer unlimited revisions during the design phase and for the first four weeks after to ensure you love your website before launch.
